Costumes and activewear clothing designed to meet the specific needs of aerial and circus arts performers. All items are designed and tested by a seamstress familiar with the bruises and burns that come with aerial practice and who understands how to combine form with function. Harmony Threads costumes are made to order - please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your costume to ship.

Allison Martin is the costumier behind Harmony Threads. She began her design and manufacturing career in 1999. Always believing you should sew what you know and love, she started in the infant apparel business. As her children grew, so did her interests and skills. Over the years, the focus has gone from women's and children's clothing to performance costumes.

Both she and her daughter were involved in the circus arts and constantly test products on themselves and their fellow performers. She understands the unusual needs of the aerial, acro, and contortion performer and is also experienced in dance costuming.

Shipping
Costumes are made and shipped from Olympia, WA USA.

All items are made to order, even if you order a standard size. Please allow three weeks for your item to be made. If the item is in stock, it will ship the next business day. In stock items are listed in the "Ready to Ship" category.

Smaller orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Large orders are shipped via UPS ground.

International orders are shipped via USPS first class international mail. You can upgrade to priority or express international at checkout. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I can only mark packages as merchandise with the true value, as it is a violation of US federal law to mark as gift.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt

Returns and exchanges accepted on unwashed, unused merchandise. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is for defect.

Items that are custom sized or designed by the purchaser are not returnable. I will gladly work with you on altering an item or working out a solution if the fit is not perfect.
