The ruffled opera shrug has been adapted for aerial and is fully elastic for freedom of movement. The double layered shrug is a 3" ruffle over a 6" ruffle. The inner 3/8" satin elastic is adjustable at the back with a bra slide. A great accessory to dress up your costume. A great match with Harmony Threads costumes.
