The tailcoat is holographic rainbow stripes on black spandex, trimmed in black satin elastic. Made to be worn over other Harmony Threads costumes for a variety of looks. It features an open bust, wide band at the waist, with below the tush tails, all trimmed in black satin elastic. The tailcoat opens at the waist with four nylon snaps.
